Yes… however you will need a US based mobile phone number.
Can I send text messages to people not located in the United States?
No. At this point in time, our Mobile Marketing infrastructure does not support mobile marketing in Countries other than the US. This may change in the future.
How can I get support?
If you are having problems or have specific questions regarding the MobiSPonder Mobile Marketing Software, please open a support ticket and we will respond within 24 hours.
How many messages can I send per month?
You can send 30 messages per subscriber each month. Example: If you have 500 subscribers, you can send 15,000 messages in total even if all 15,000 go to only 100 people.
Are the messages Ad Free?
Yes, the messages you send are 100% Ad Free.
How many people can I have subscribed to my keywords?
The number varies based on the account you select.
Can I have multiple lists per keyword?
You can have up to 99 lists under a single keyword.
Can I have more than 1 keyword?
Yes, you can have as many keywords as you’d like. The number ultimately depends on your account.
Does MobiSponder provide autoresponder functionality?
Yes, you can load unlimited autoresponder messages for each list to be sent out over a period of time.
Can I send broadcasts to my lists?
Yes, you can send an immediate broadcast or schedule a broadcast for any day and time in the future.
Can I incorporate my email autoresponder form and mobile marketing form into one form submission?
Yes, we handle this on our server. To your website visitor, the experience is seamless. We also have a built in email autoresponder.
Does MobiSponder have URL shortening?
Yes, we have our own URL shorting service. You will have the option of using it or not using it when you create your text message. If you do choose to use the service, your url will be converted into a link that is like this…. http://www.txtlnk.me/96fd06lj
Does MobiSponder provide click tracking?
Yes, for every message you send out, we will tell you how many people clicked on the link in the message. For this to work, however, you will need to use txtlnk.me url shortening.
Does MobiSponder provide list automation?
Yes, you can unsubscriber or subscribe a person to one list when they subscribe or unsubscribe from another list. This however is only for lists under the same keyword. You cannot move people between lists under different keywords.
Does MobiSponder provide analytical data?
Yes, MobiSponder provides both visual and downloadable analytical reports for multiple data streams.
Does MobiSponder include a QR code generator?
Yes.
Does MobiSponder support premium billing?
No. This may change in the future.
How do I cancel my account?
When you are logged in, click on the “My Account” menu item and on the page you end up on, you will find a link that says “Cancel Account.” Click thsi link and follow the instructions.
What is your refund policy?
If you are paying monthly, there are no refunds for your current month of service. If you prepaid for a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month block of service, we will provide you with a prorated refund equal to the number of months you paid minus the number of months you used (including your current month).
